Today I went to Ashanti hospital to treatment a patient ! Madam Jyoti helped me a lot there. She is very nice and helpful ‘ I hope the entire staff is like madam Jyoti , I thank her. Merry Christmas

My experience was quite good. I went there for my son's galbladder stone surgery and for that I consulted with dr Dp badoni and planned the surgery and with in 3 we got released. Staffs in the hospital were very much helpful. And specially I like to thank Pradeep for continuous help and he was very much helpful during all the process. And was always available whenever required.

Hospital is so patient centric, all the staff, official of the hospital are so caring, cooperative and prompt in their work. Dr. Krishna Kumar Pandey, General Surgeon is excellent doctor, he treats the patients so promptly and has deep concern for patients and their family. Myself rahul(NRI) , I visited yesterday at cardiologist Mr Suraj and his team sister puspa and Saniya , I got an excellent support and team work at Asharfi and well surprised that we are getting the world class facilities and treatments in Dhanbad only . The team are really respected and well concerned about their work and handling the patients with respect and politeness . I wish all the best for there future and thanks to the Asharfi management for their fast and quick services .

Not recommend to anyone, better to go government hospital, same service without fees. Too much fees charged with wrong medication, they are always asking you for money like a begger. Believe me, inexperienced doctors makes your patient more sick also the doctors had given instructions from hospital authority to prescribe more and more medicines to patients whether it's useful to them or not. It is not hidden that many Pharma companies paid doctors a reasonable amount to prescribe their medicines. As asarfi hospital has bad reputation in Dhanbad City, you can ask randomly any person in Dhanbad who has experienced their medical service. Ofcourse the hospital looks like a 3 star hotel, full furnished, tip top but the reality of their medical service is below the average mark. I am writing this review just to save your patient and your hard earned money as someday I was at your position.

In a hospital the foremost table is the reception, from where the patient's attendant get the first help. I do experienced the same,a postive and an excellent helping hand of one of the nice, caring, hard working employee of Asarfi Hospital, Debolina Banerjee. She was always at one foot to guide me for the treatment of my mother when she was admitted to Emergency followed by NICU and even during the follow up routine. I am very much obliged and owe to her for her help at the critical situation of my mother. Thank you Debolina for your support.

My brother was admitted in asarfi. We had given him biscuits nd all and the nurse had eaten his biscuits just because he is a child. But the environment nd treatment was damn good and the behaviour of nurses was impressive.
